I don’t recommend to anybody this company because they are totally unreliable
I booked my flight together with my daughter last August 6, 2024 and after a few weeks they cancelled the flight and this will be on January 22, 2025. After a week that I spoke with them after my booking that they cancellled, they told me that they will refund the payment which $3,475.00.
Since then, I spoke with different people someone saying, its still in process my refund with the airlines, someone say-yeah its already processed and your refund will take 3-5 business day and that was August but until now its already more than two months but I didnt get my refund yet. Everyday I call them speaking with different people and they are very inconsistent of what they are telling me over the phone. So everyone working in this company are totally liar. They are all liar.
Im just talking to a *** people. This was my first time to booked my flight online that I was betrayed. I dont know if I still get my money back or not. They are scammers.
So my advise to everyone is dont you ever try to book your flight with them because they are totally terrible. I hope that they will be karma each and everyone of them whoever work in this company. I will never ever book anymore to any online like this. If they need your money they keep calling you but when it comes to refund they give you hard time and nobody care about you now.

This company just refuses to visit the origin of this issue. They have been unfair and just took our money. They have my number blocked and will not return any phone calls or communication.
Now they won't answer my calls, have blocked my number or any other number associated with the reservation number. This is the worst travel purchase I have ever made.

Correction: STEER CLEAR!! These are scammers and they treat you HORRIBLY!
This is a third world company with third world practices and egregious customer service!!STEER CLEAR!!!
However, every time I asked about something like seating or being at the exit, the fare went up! After being on the phone for hours and buying the 2 tickets for $200 over the original price (each), I noticed that the tickets were issued with our DOBs and names mixed up! We called SEVERAL TIMES but they kept on telling us to call back. We tried the airline but had little luck as well.
That went on for days! On the day before the trip, upon doing the online check-in the problem still hadn't been solved and we kept trying to speak to someone who'd help but no one cared! We went to the airport in limbo but fortunately, the amazing gentleman at the check-in desk helped us and we boarded. A week later, I received a survey and let them know exactly what had occurred.
They supposedly did an investigation and emailed us back saying the agent had done nothing wrong and that the mistake was ours, that WE MIXED UP OUR OWN NAMES AND DOBs! And the customer service guy, Dave, was horribly rude and accused us of lying about it!!
Wowfare is a 3rd world agency where agents speak poor English, are nasty, unspeakably incompetent, and have no respect for the customer! EGREGIOUS!

They gave me the run around concerning my refund which was never received. They said it was sent but it never reflected my account.
I won't use their services again. They even told me the account it was sent to but it wasn't.
They are egar to receive money but not so eager to refund. I'm highly disappointed.

Booked a flight with this company, bought extra insurance in case something happens with my flight. I got arrested the day I was leaving.
When I came out, I asked them to either give me back my money or rebook my flight. The ticket cost me $1,064.
They wanted to give me back $400. I got my attorney involved and will never book with them again.

Do not trust your travel plans with this company. On 23 January 2023, I booked round trip tickets (with two other couples) to Italy 13-21 June 23 and had a pleasant experience booking with all three couples receiving the exact same itinerary.
Mid March I got an email telling me there was an issue with my return flight. The other two couples received similar emails and we ended up with three different return plans. We could deal with that inconvenience, but I continued to receive emails informing me that there were problems with my return flight. I have called or emailed Wowfare at least every other day since then asking for an update on my return reservation.
In every case, the person I would talk with appeared to care and acknowledge the sense of urgency, but they always asked for 24-48 hours to work my issue (thats their way of ending a call). I would recontact them in 2 days and get same response. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they refuse to patch me to one; instead they promise a supervisor will call me, but I have never been called back from Wowfare (from anyone). I am 13 days away from my trip and my current reservation on Delta and ITA is only for a one way ticket to Rome.
The two other couples have return flights so if you are good with a 66% success rate, then this is your company. I will follow up on this post if Wowfare eventually comes through but their customer service is horrible

Over charge of 1000.00 of quoted price. 3 days and still the 1000.00 stayed.
Even with promises from Customer service the additional 1000.00 was not removed.
original quote was 1048.00/invoice was 1048.00
requested one day change quote was 1097.00
New invoice was 2,224.00 not 1097.
Too many layers of people to talk to and on line is useless. Entire booking was cancelled. WOW Fare is blocked from charging my Amex, In dispute is an unauthorized 100.00 charge.
Booking directly with the airline took exactly 15 minutes and the difference in price was 109.00. Np agrivatiobn and no Devin.

We were scammed
This company is a scam. My story is very long so I can't go into great detail.
We booked flights to Italy with this company and two weeks before the trip we found out they had not paid the airline (this is what our message from the airline said). We have a paper trail of over 60 emails and logged over 40 hours trying to get someone there to help us. They use the same 2 or 3 lies. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and no supervisor ever called me.
When I did get to talk to someone, all they did was lie and make false promises. In the end, I did not get to fly. I was stranded and had to buy a last minute expensive ticket or I would have lost thousands of dollars on lodging, rental car etc for the trip. I have had some bad experiences with companies, but this is the absolute worst.
This company is NOT BBB accredited and has an F rating. They say on their website they have an A+ with BBB. Also, they are connected with Trust Pilot as we put a review on there and it was taken down almost immediately and they had the nerve to send us a nasty email. Thank God I used my AMEX card for the purchase.
It looks like I will get all of my money back they I spent with WOWfare but they can't give me back the other expenses I incurred or give me back the time I spent on this.
SATY WOWfare is A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Wow fare didn't refund me.

I'm a blind disabled American that needed help printing my boarding pass. NOBODY helped me!
Now two months after being told I was getting my refund WEC5F39. I'm just being told to wait! WAIT FOR WHAT!!!
June 8,2023 I was sent some sort of screen shot with the information of my refund including the information of my card used for the purchase. STILL NOTHING!!!

Good when you buy but don't count with them for anything else
They are helpful to buy the ticket but don't count with them later!
I got covid within 10 days of my flight, the flight company has a policy of free cancellation and refund in this case but as I bought with Wowfare it has to be done through them. I'm trying to do that for 3 days now and can't talk with them, when I can they don't understand, I sent a proof of my positive test already 3 times and still seem they didn't understand.
Simply terrible service!
(also had experience where united would change my flight but wowfare said they couldn't)

Airplane ticket
I got a airplane ticket to meet friends on May 5th to paris thru wowfaire. They said had covid when I called them.
I canceled ticket within 24 hours and have been told so many different excuses from wowfaire. Wowfaire said I could use ticket within a year with penalty. Then said I lost ticket and money.
My account was charged 2 more times for 2 transactions each being the amount of ticket thru ticketmaster. Don't trust them.
